General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Fixtaxi Zurich

1. Scope
These GTC apply to the Taxi-Taxi service, which is the newest taxi service, and one of the telephone services, online or online and digital.

By booking a trip, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Services
Fixtaxi offers road transport in Zurich and at the end of the year. Trips are carried out either at a fixed price agreed in advance or on-site according to the applicable taxi tariff. The final price is the best price.

3. Booking and Conclusion of Contract
A trip booking is only considered binding once it has been confirmed by us in writing (e.g., by SMS, email, or online confirmation).
The booking must contain true information about the pick-up location, destination, date, time, and number of people.
Fixtaxi reserves the right to reject incomplete or incorrect bookings.

4. Prices and Specifications
These are the contents of the prices agreed upon at the time of booking. These prices are set as fixed prices or added based on tax regulations, as desired.

All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and are therefore not subject to change, including applicable rates.

Payment is made in cash, via TWINT, or other offered payment methods immediately after the trip.

5. Cancellations and Delays
Free cancellations are possible up to 60 minutes before the start of the trip.

If you exclude other items ("no-show") or do not show up, you may pay a fee of CHF 20.00 and CHF 50.00 per person.

The exact amount depends on the costs incurred (e.g., waiting time, travel time, missed trips).
Trip delays due to traffic disruptions, weather conditions, or force majeure do not entitle you to claims for damages.

6. Customer Obligations
The customer undertakes to:
arrive punctually at the agreed pick-up location,

behave appropriately during the journey,

pay the agreed price.

In the event of gross misconduct (e.g., alcohol/drug abuse, damage to the vehicle), the driver may refuse transportation.

7. Liability
Fixtaxi must be in operation; it takes longer than the negligence or intent caused.

No liability is assumed for delays due to traffic jams, weather, technical defects, or force majeure.

Liability for items lost or taken in the vehicle is excluded.

8. Data Protection
Personal data will be treated confidentially and used only in accordance with legal regulations.

Changes or additions to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
